You'll be in from the start, so have responsibility for creating and then implementing our sales strategy, which means your earnings potential is only limited by your own hard work and creativity. Our ideal person will have a proven track record in sales, be extremely well organised and focused. You'll also have the ability to create and foster long term business relationships and be instrumental in creating integrated campaigns by working closely with other areas of the station.

If the position wasn't already attractive enough, you'll be working across both Poole and Bournemouth which boasts some of the countries most beautiful beaches, countryside and has excellent nightlife. This post in the first instance is commission based with a basic salary to follow. We are able to offer flexible working hours as this position is results based. We're now looking for interesting people to join our on air team. There are both paid and voluntary positions available across the week. You'll have the chance to do more than just play the music so creativity and imagination are key. Training will be given.
